Ben has a TV production background working latterly as an Assistant Producer at a range of companies including ITV, BBC, Shiver, Mentorn and Endemol in London, Manchester and Leeds. Retraining as a chartered accountant (CIMA), he has gained extensive production finance experience at Riverside Studios, The Foundation, Zodiak UK, and Banijay TV. Founding Benediction in 2021, he has worked as a freelance consultant specialising in Production and Management Accountancy for independent production companies.

Lily has worked in accountancy for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in a number of industries including motor trade and advertising.  She has honed her skills and found her niche in television production. Having worked at Zodiak, Banijay and Tiger Aspect, Lily joined Benediction in 2022 and is our specialist in production accountancy and management accounts.

From account management to accountancy, Keith has built a blend of experience from both enterprise tech sales and accounting. Over five years, he has nurtured strong relationships with cross-sector brands including production companies like Endemol. He most recently joined Benediction Financial Consultancy in the capacity as a Finance Assistant meanwhile training further and becoming part-qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
